How we work
We begin with the requirement and available documentation. The scope, inputs, provider, deliverables and delivery conditions are then clarified in writing. Direct work and partner-delivered work are distinguished in the quotation.
Scope and responsibility
The testing organisation and any applicable accreditation scope are identified in the quotation. No in-house laboratory or automatic testing of every product is claimed.
Prepare for discussion
Start with equipment type and label, an application photograph or drawing, manufacturer instructions, delivery or site location and timing. Identify any information that remains unknown.
